To Lam, General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam, on an official state visit to Azerbaijan, visited Alley of Martyrs in Baku on May 8, APA reports.
To Lam paid tribute to the memory of Azerbaijani heroes who sacrificed their lives for the country’s independence and territorial integrity, laying a wreath at the Eternal Flame monument.
The guest was later briefed on the history of Alley of Martyrs and urban development efforts in Baku while viewing the city from its highest point.
