The Milli Majlis adopted a statement on the "Year of the Constitution and Sovereignty", APA reports.
The statement was adopted during the special parliamentary session dedicated to the “Year of the Constitution and Sovereignty,” under the theme “National Leader Heydar Aliyev is the author of the independent Constitution of Azerbaijan.”
