Arif Babayev has been awarded the Heydar Aliyev Prize, APA reports.
President Ilham Aliyev signed an Order in this regard.
According to the Order, Arif Imran Babayev was awarded the Heydar Aliyev Prize for his special services in the development of Azerbaijani culture.
